“Plana and Elements”
Planá nad Lužnicí is a town in Bohemia where my dad has a house by the river Lužnice. I spent two weeks there three years ago alone with my female Missandei. During that time, I experienced incomprehensible turbulence in my view of my family’s past. This is probably impossible to describe in words, but it had a transformative dimension for me, which I continued to experience through the image.
At the time when all the magical reminiscences were happening, it also corresponded interestingly with the weather. It was as if all the elements decided to work together and I will never forget this time
