The “Portrait of my son” reminds me of the playfulness of my son Kryštof, his spontaneity and love to explore and be light as a feather. It started with his initiative to paint and abstract painting as he assumed it might be very easy 😀 he is behind the idea of the 4 split red and green squares. then he wanted to go ahead with a draft of his abstract portrait where he has faced the problem that it wouldn´t be that easy and he said “I am done”, “Mom you can do with it what you want” … the way he seated up the composition awaken curiosity in me and I have jumped on it and continued…of course I love this painting soooo much :-D.
